  Solid flow meter is a device used to measure the flow rate of solid materials in pipelines, widely used for online monitoring of solid substances such as powder, dust, small spheres, and granules during pneumatic conveying or free fall processes. The core principle is based on the Doppler effect, which generates a microwave field inside the pipeline through sensors. The microwave is reflected by the flowing solid particles, and the solid flow rate is accurately measured by calculating the changes in frequency and amplitude
