·Product Overview
ZQSC Series Dry-Type Traction Rectifier Transformer adopts a four-winding, double-split configuration. Both the primary (grid-side) and secondary (valve-side) windings are integrally cast using vacuum thin-layer insulation technology. The primary windings employ an extended delta connection, each phase-shifted by ±7.5°. The secondary windings utilize a combination of delta (d) and wye (y) connections. The line voltage vectors of the secondary windings from two such transformers differ by a 15° phase shift. When connected in parallel after full-wave rectification, they form a twelve-phase, twenty-four-pulse rectifier power supply system. The transformer features a novel design, compact size, stable DC output, low ripple interference, and low operational noise.


·Product advantage

"Multi-pulse Rectification Technology (Primarily 24-pulse)": Utilizes an axial double-split winding structure. The high-voltage side achieves 24-pulse rectification through extended delta phase-shifting windings (±7.5°), effectively suppressing harmonics.

"Enhanced Anti-Harmonic Design": The low-voltage valve side employs dual star/delta winding outputs. The winding design optimizes capacitance distribution, withstands high-order harmonic impacts from frequency converters, maintains partial discharge levels <5 pC, ensures smooth output waveforms, and provides strong short-circuit resistance (Note 1).

"Heavy-Duty Load Adaptability": Designed according to Class VI load standards (e.g., subway traction stations), capable of sustaining 1.5 times the rated load for 2 hours and 3 times the rated load for 1 minute under peak demand, meeting the frequent start-stop scheduling requirements of rail transit.

"Low": Low temperature rise, designed with Class H insulation but evaluated under Class B temperature rise standards (70K).

"Durable": Excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance, resistant to salt spray, damp heat, high temperatures, and strong environmental endurance, suitable for coastal salt spray corrosive environments (C4).

"Efficient": Complies with GB/T 35553 "Energy Efficiency Requirements for Electromechanical Equipment in Urban Rail Transit," featuring high energy efficiency, maintenance-free operation, and low operational costs.

Note 1: Simultaneously exhibits the characteristics of energy-saving dry-type transformers.
