The solid wire diameter ranges from 0.1mm to 5.0mm. Product lengths can be customized according to customer requirements. Additionally, we offer material forming processes such as bending, reducing, expanding, necking, stamping, edge grinding, polishing, and turning/milling. Furthermore, we are capable of high-precision laser processing and applications, including cutting, engraving, drilling, slotting, welding, marking, and cladding.
Product Applications: Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, PTCA, radiofrequency ablation, neurointervention, etc.
Features: Precise drawing equipment is used to control the size and surface quality of the tubing. Advanced laser and EDM technology are employed to achieve capillary-free cutting of the imaging ring.
