Product Introduction:
Deep well plates are commonly used multi-microplate consumables in laboratories. They are made of medical-grade pure polypropylene (PP) and polycarbonate (PC) materials, with stable and safe materials that ensure low protein adsorption, resistance to acids and alkalis, and resistance to organic solvents. They can withstand freezing at -80ºC and high-pressure sterilization at 121ºC. Compared to ordinary microplates, deep well plates have deeper well bodies and expanded single well volumes. They cover various mainstream specifications such as 48-well, 96-well, and 384-well types. They support various styles including square wells, round wells, U-shaped bottoms, and V-shaped bottoms. Different well capacities of 0.5mL, 1.2mL, 2.0mL, and 2.2mL are also available for selection.
The panel surface is marked with standard alphanumeric codes and is equipped with positioning notches. It can precisely fit various multi-channel gun-type dispensers, fully automatic nucleic acid extraction instruments, automated workstations and robot sampling equipment. It is compatible with mainstream laboratory instruments such as centrifuges and microplate readers, and supports manual and automated pipetting operations. It enables integrated sample processing, centrifugation and testing. The product can be stacked for storage and is used with silicone pads or sealing films, effectively preventing sample evaporation, leakage and contamination. It is widely applied in fields such as long-term cryopreservation of biological samples, nucleic acid and protein extraction, PCR pre-treatment, enzymatic reactions, high-throughput drug screening, immunological analysis and clinical testing, significantly improving the processing efficiency of batch samples in the laboratory.

4. Special Function Design: Compliant with the ANSI/SBS international standard, with options for 48 wells, 96 wells, 384 wells, etc., facilitating the concentration of samples and the recovery of small volumes of liquids. The bottom of the wells have U-shaped or V-shaped designs for selection.
