DESCRIBE:
Copper aluminum composite busbar is a composite conductive material with an outer layer of copper and an inner core of aluminum. It is widely used in electrical control and distribution equipment as a high current carrying conductor. It is designed to replace copper busbar and is as convenient for processing and use as copper busbar. According to the principle of "skin effect", the current is concentrated on the surface of the conductor, so the copper in the inner core of the pure copper bar does not play a significant role. Copper aluminum composite row is based on this principle to replace the copper in the core of the copper row with aluminum, which is combined into a copper aluminum composite conductive material through a series of complex processes.
ADVANTAGE:
The copper aluminum composite strip produced using multiple patented technologies of our company has solved the two major problems of copper aluminum composite, which are easy to oxidize and difficult to eliminate the oxide film, as well as the generation of intermetallic compounds (Al2Cu) between copper and aluminum at lower temperatures. After SEM analysis, the thickness of the transition layer between copper and aluminum in traditional copper clad aluminum bars is 15-50 μ m. And the thickness of the transition layer between copper and aluminum in our company's copper aluminum composite row is only 1-2 μ m. Far lower than traditional copper clad aluminum bars, it not only achieves metallurgical bonding between copper and aluminum, but also effectively ensures the bonding strength between copper and aluminum, solving the problem of high resistivity of the transition layer. The comprehensive performance is excellent, with bending, drilling, punching and other properties similar to pure copper, and the density is small, which can save more than 30% of the cost when used.
