Product Description
Copper and aluminum composite welded tube length can reach thousands of meters, good mechanical properties, electrical conductivity, shielding, sterilization, excellent aging performance.
Our products use a number of patented technology in high group high pressure oxygen-free conditions for industrial continuous composite production, from the fundamental solution to the oxidation and eutectic problems between the two metals, not only effectively ensure the bonding strength and bonding rate between the two metals, but also ensure product quality and scale production.
The interface will not produce electrochemical corrosion, compounded under high temperature and oxygen-free conditions, there will be no electrolyte formation conditions between the two metals, and thus no electrochemical corrosion will occur. The subsequent processing of the product is carried out by continuous rolling and bright annealing of large billets. The quality of the product is stable.
Depending on the customer's application, the product can be supplied in various states such as H18, H14/H24 and 0 state. Wide processing range, can produce various specifications with thickness between 0.02~15mm and width ≤1000mm. Excellent mechanical properties, able to meet the bending, drilling, deep punching and other deep processing, low density, cost saving and environmental friendly.
