Product Description

7075 aluminum alloy is a cold treatment forging alloy, high strength, much better than soft steel. 7075 is one of the most powerful alloys. 7075 aluminum alloy structure is close, corrosion resistance is strong, for aviation, marine sheet the best. Common corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties and anodic reaction. Small grain size makes the depth of drilling better performance, tool wear resistance, thread rolling is more different.

Features: 7 series aluminum extrusion is mainly zinc, a small amount of adding magnesium, copper, belongs to the aviation series, is aluminum zinc magnesium copper alloy, heat treatment alloy, belongs to the super hard aluminum alloy, has good wear resistance, also has good weldability, but the corrosion resistance is poor. The hardness of superduralumin alloy is close to steel, the extrusion speed is slower than that of 6 series alloy, and the welding property is better.
